Now some may say this is not for them, but every year I get a trip to Paris with one award organisation I work for, so how bad is that!

Arrive when venue is empty, shots of stage and branding as reference for client next year.

Photos of the whole venue, tables, lighting, brochure in foreground can work very well.

Reception for guests, people mingling, talking, maybe asked for business card, someone has “one of these coming up”.

Shots of guest speaker, John Sargeant is everywhere these days.

Possibly get fed which is very nice, have a chat with the AV guys, try and remember the jokes they tell.

Now the awards, 16 to 20 is usual, some poor people have to walk all the way from the back to receive them, looking embarrassed as they negotiate the tables.

Big smile and the award turned towards the camera always helps and off they go.

What you get for your money...

Photos of venue empty, stage, branding etc.

Coverage of the evening from the reception through to the awards and beyond to the exuberant dancing!!!

Lots of shots of people enjoying themselves at the drinks reception, in and around their table during dinner, punching the air as they come up for an award and their friends celebrating, group shots, photos of your people enjoying games and activities provided, all good fun if viewed on your web site.

You recieve all images to dvd with appropriate company text and image on the cover.

The best award shots and images of speakers are adjusted to a seperate file on dvd for immediate use. If you want to have awards photos in a seperate area with studio lighting, this can be arranged.

If you would like jpegs e mailed for use the following morning, no problem.

Always happy to work within your budget, my usual fee for an evening is £300 - £400. This is inclusive of travel and all other costs and expenses if within M25.

Images can be supplied to you digitally via email, on CD or as conventional prints and contact sheets or transparencies.

It is rare to be asked for anything other than digital these days but rest assured, if you need transparency or neg shot, we can do this.
Your digital images will be burned to dvd / cd with photos and text on the cover specific to the job and your company.
A selection of the best jpegs will be adjusted and placed in a separate file on the disc.
This means you can immediately, on receipt of disc, access your best shots and employ them as required.
If you require jpegs sent from the site or on day of job, no problem.

Hard copy photographic prints can be ordered.

For Larger sizes and a discount on print runs, just ask.

All work is backed up in case of loss by client and filed forever.
